This is a fantastic hotel for exploring Copenhagen as many tourist attractions are within walking distance and you are close to transport links. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the restaurant area is bright and airy. We had a great three nights here and would highly recommend it as a budget friendly base for exploring a vibrant and welcoming city.

It was very basic. Great location but the a/c worked minimally well so the room was warm most of my stay. You also had to pay for anything extra such lockers before your check in (they don’t hold for you), there is no in room coffe, fridge, or iron. No ice machine anywhere on the property. Overall just ok.

We had a very uncomfortable stay at the wakup Copenhagen hotel. The rooms are extremely small with no place to put clothes. The beds were not comfortable and even with connecting rooms it was a tight fit for a family of four. We stayed three nights and didn’t have our room cleaned the entire stay. We apparently needed to notify the front desk 24 hours in advance for cleaning but were not told that at check in. The shower soap dispensers were empty and water temperature didn’t work properly. We had either scalding hot water or ice cold water. You could get the right temperature after adjusting the knob for five to ten minutes. The location is good and breakfast was decent. The staff are very hands off and that seemed to be how things were everywhere in Copenhagen.

This is a very convenient hotel that is really awful. Clean yes. Rooms... no privacy for bathroom. Small bed with even smaller blanket.. not big enough for 2 people. One pillow per bed regardless of the number of people in the room. Nearly $10 per bag charge for them to keep your luggage if you arrive before your room is ready. NO USB chargers on your room. Be sure to bring local adapters. No in -room phone so you need to go down to the lobby to request your extra pillow and blanket after waiting in line with all the people checking in. Would i ever stay at a Wakeup hotel again? Nope.

The rooms are pretty small, but the hotel is right in the middle of Copenhagen, so you can pretty much walk everywhere without getting really tired.

There is no meal service, no water in the rooms, no refrigerator. The rooms are very small, the pillows are very bad, and the sheets were stained. In addition, the shower drain does not work properly.

Great weekend getaway!

Super great for a quick weekend stay!!my boyfriend and I shared the room and it was the perfect size for us!! The room is small but, as I said, it's perfect size for two people for a short weekend stay!!!

It was walkable to everything with lots of restaurants. Our room was really small and I did not like the bed against the wall. I had to climb to the end of the bed or over my husband to get out. There was no small refrigerator or coffee maker in the room. There was no safe in the room. But it was clean and safe. I would probably stay here again for the location.
