The staff were unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, and they kept saying they would send someone to check it, but the problem was never fixed. There was also no heating in the room. When we complained, they simply told us to cover ourselves well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience

The hotel.is very nice breakfast very good helpful staff .

Excellent location. Some lovely, helpful staff like Ilhan in particular who did his best to make our stay comfortable. Nice big rooms but the bathroom although spacious but old and over used like tired towels and water closet!

The hotel staff are EXCELLENT, super nice, super friendly, they speak multiple languages, they helped me through losing my phone on the first day of my trip and i got it back!!! Even the cleaning staff is amazing. Breakfast is good, room is good, hotel is nice, clean, bed comfy, however, the location is not close to any public transportation and you need to walk around 15 min to catch a bus.

Great location just off the square, will return
