Classy hotel in an excellent location

The breakfast buffet provided was superior! The staff were world class and enormously helpful and considerate. The location was also very convenient as well. If this is your standard, you have found two new customers for all future visits to London.

Rooms are nice, good location, service is ok, not a great bargain, to put it kindly, pay a lot for a mid range hotel. No complains, just can get a lot better for that amount

No window in the bedroom. Not sure if I missed this in the description but the room is a box with no window. Room basic but clean. Bathroom was modern and clean. I would not describe as a hotel, no restaurant or bar and windowless rooms are odd. Apart from that it was ok
