Excellent location, super lovely room. Tip: there is parking nearby, but it does not belong to the hotel and is around 60$ a day, but it is monitored 24/hr, which is a bonus.

Great location. Apartment was well appointed and in a great location. We were able to walk out metro any where we wanted to go. Highly recommended

The property is ultra convenient with the entrance right on Jacques Cartirer Square. There IS an elevator. The one bedroom unit we had was very spacious with excellent AC, a waher dryer and modern kitchen. The view is onto the back alley, but this wasn't a concern for us. There can be a bit of carryover noise from other units, but not so intense that we were concerned. We would very gladly book another stay at this property.

the place is legit, You cant find it on maps under the name "hotel monroe" but the address is real. The hotel itself is nice. the only problem is BUGS and SPIDERS. my whole room and balcony had bugs everywhere. so many spider

Clean Efficient Great staff Good location

I booked this hotel, confirmed it was shared washrooms which as an adult is fine to keep the cost down. However with younger kids we weren't comfortable with that. When asked for a refund 5 MINS! after booking they kept the entire large amount of funds and when calling no one seemed to have the ability to help with this. I am disgusted with this property. We walked it to see how it was and the shared bathrooms were disgusting. DO NOT book this place unless you want to support a business who gives no care for service.

A friendly and helpful staff made my stay there most excellent. I would have preferred a genuine brass room key. And one for the front door as well. But that's the modern world I guess. In any case the hotel was very nice and I love the neighborhood.
