Everything about this place was fabulous! Friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable room, hearty breakfast and nice town.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is old and shabby. Our room had a very slow draining sink, a broken soap dispenser in the shower with no soap in it, broken drawer handles on the dresser, the tv in the bedroom didn't work, the sofa had holes in the cushions and the chair was stained. Both treadmills didn't work and the pool was closed.

Stray hairs were found on the clean folder towels. My granddaughter found a bobby pin on the floor and nearly electrocuted herself. The kitchen area has unsafe storage of food and supplies, (chemicals near food items). Breakfast tables never wiped down. Food, just terrible. Cheese omlets wrapped in Saran wrap, no dates. Limited choices to eat, no yogurt, juice in plastic school kids containers. All the plastic cups in the rooms were from different hotels, Hilton, Days inn, Best Western. When asked to speak to a manager, it took repeated requests and several days to get a response.

Overall, my stay was okay, but the hotel needs better maintenance and cleanliness. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was mold around the sink. The entrance to my floor had leaves all over the walkway, making it look poorly maintained. The building felt old and did not smell fresh, and the dark colors added to the worn, outdated atmosphere. The bed linens were clean, but the mattress was sagging and uncomfortable. Overall, the rooms and common areas would benefit from more thorough cleaning and better upkeep.
