A nice room is useless without a proper desk to work. Also the staff was rude and condescending while asking for details on the final bill. There are better options in the area.

The big positive of this hotel is its location--it's in Los Condes and walking distance metro lines 1 and 4. The major downsides are the WiFi and the shower. The WiFi connection is extremely intermittent. In the worst case, it was essentially impossible for me to conduct Zoom meetings using it. As for the shower, the issue is the water temperature, which was good most of the time, but each time that I would shower there would be one or two wild fluctuations between ice cold and scalding hot.
