It was great to have breakfast delivered to the room as part of the stay. The location was perfect, walkable to all parts of downtown that you would want to see. Easy to grab train and bus to get to airport.

Excelente hotel

I had a very pleasant stay at Luciano K Hotel in Santiago. The staff were truly outstanding — warm, attentive, and consistently helpful from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience feel smooth and personal. As an Expedia Platinum member, I also received a nice room upgrade, which was much appreciated and added extra comfort to the stay. I also liked the room itself — it had a number of small designer touches and interesting details that made it feel a bit more unique than a standard hotel room, without being over the top. Overall, a very positive experience, with excellent service at the heart of it.

Es un hotel que capta la belleza de Chile del principio de siglo XX. Muy cómodo. Personal muy atento.

La habitación amplia y comoda, muy completa. El desayuno muy bueno. No tiene un servicio de hotel, parece mas un edificio de departamentos. De todos modos supero mis expectativas. Para ir en familia o de a 3 personas esta muy bien
