I didn’t enjoyed my stay at Modular Express, the only thing I liked was the included breakfast and that is near the airport. Rooms are small and noisy, personal has no customer service attitude, prices are really high in their mini market and meals, and only accept card, no cash. When you go to the cafetería, there are other workers that go too, from mining companies I guess.

The room was clean and just about the right size. The walls are very thin and so you can hear the guests in the next room. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Breakfast options were good.

Great concept, very convenient location, really interesting story around the hotel and its owner. Unfortunately only downside is the included breakfast which is not well attended. Would still stay again

I said, OK tomorrow morning please put a couple of fruits for us to have AFTER we get from our early morning tour. She said NO! I said, but the buffet will be there, just put a couple of things in a bag for us…she refused….!!!!) No tea making facilities in the rooms No one to help with suitcases We emailed them in advance and they arranged shared airport transfers, all on time.

Rooms are nice, breakfast is nice. I like the location but you need a car to get around.

Great place to stay, despite being 10 min walk from town. This was good for the quietness. Slight smell as we had the room near the Llamas, but it was lovely to wake up and see them outside our window.

Reservation for 1 Double 2 bedrooms apartment. Changed for 2 singles. Heather non-working. Breakfast to.go offered but Non ready when leaving.

The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because they don’t have a heater inside the rooms and we were freezing. Staff was very helpful but San Pedro is extremely cold to not offer this.
