Great location, wonderful facility!

The staff were lovely, welcoming and very polite. The room was amazing—bright, fresh and beautifully presented, with a lovely scent when I first arrived. I especially loved the shower; I’d happily have one just like it at home! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept really well. The only very minor negative was a slight vibrating noise mainly noticeable at nighttime, which I presume came from the vents, but it wasn’t an major issue for me, especially with my earphones in. Overall, I had a really lovely stay and would happily return.

Fabulous courtyard room spotlessly clean shower room stayed a little damp after showering especially the floor but great amenities would def stay again. Food also good in the evening despite a delay in ordering due to a party of 90 even though we were residents thought this was a little harsh as people having food around us but had to wait until 8 . Great breakfast over the Penny Farthing so happy overall

Except one customer service women Mrs Ann Cherry all other useless and i give this lady 10 out of 10. The restuarant cutomer service was absolute rude and unprofessional thats i went for breakfast at high street reaturant

The headboard was very noisy with little for a pillow behind. 😁I think maybe you should the check out to 12 o’clock seen as with the force of the shower. We both spent 1 hour at least rinsing the soap from our hair. And I’m bald. Other than that it was fantastic 👌
