Our experience was quite great. Staff was 100% helpful and all our requests were attended. Very clean (even with a "clean inspector"). Food was very good and without queues, which is important also. Very good value for money compared with other hotel brands.

Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar.

I was very disappointed in how I was treated. Upon my arrival I was not met with a doorman, or bellhops. There was no VIP checkin and instead of being given a Deluxe VIP room with seaview, I was given a room on the 1st floor with an obstructed sea view. I complained and the next day after 4:00pm my room was changed to the 7th floor with a sea view, and for this I was given a bottle of wine as an apology. Food is not tasty and the choices are limited. They also do not provide wash cloths, so you will need to bring your own. Staff are not helpful instead they are gaslighters and refuse to assist a VIP client, so I can't imagine how the standard clients are treated. I was in Portugal, Madrid and Barcelona and recieved excellent service at those hotels(and wash cloths). The location was the only good thing about this hotel. I would'nt recommend!
