This little is very new, and it shows. It is very clean, well presented, and very friendly staff. The room was a decent size and they have used the space well, bed was comfortable and a lovely shower. The hotel is so new the towels are soft and amazing. Upon arrival I received a warm welcome and check-in was so easy. All the staff always greeted you with a hello everytime you came in and out. There is a breakfast area and bar, on this occasion I didnt use those, but they look well maintained and quite popular with other guests. If they can maintain this level of standards and wonderful staff then this hotel could easily become one of the best in lille. I will definitely look to book here when I no doubt return to lille again. Ohh and for those of you shoppers or street wanders, this is perfect for you. Eurolille to the left in less than 5 mins and the main square of lille to the right in less than 10 mins.

Great location. Beautiful building exterior. Suite was spacious, but just plain not well planned. The building interior won't knock your socks off, but staff was so kind, and I'd stay there again.

No ac during end april so had to leave window open and noise level was high all night until 5:00 am. Rooms were also worn.

Great location and excellent buffet breakfast, with yoghurt and nuts, fresh squeeze orange juice and you can boil your eggs yourself.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly and it was hit and miss what towels you got when these were changed.

All the staff were friendly, helpful & pleasant. (Juliette, on reception when we arrived, was lovely). Excellent breakfast. Brilliant stay.
