The place gets top marks for location. It's a short walk to the Amtrak station and both a restaurant and a large Starbucks are on the same lot. there were other dining options within a two block walk. Staff was good. Room was clean, but everything was a bit dated. I'd still stay here again; you get exactly what you pay for

Our stay was perfect for the weekend we had in Visalia! We had plenty of room, the outdoor area was amazing, the apartment was perfect for older boys to sleep and spend time in. We will definitely be back!

Very well located facility, practically on the river, clean with very friendly staff. Perhaps a bit outdated, but served our purpose. Lots of restaurants nearby and only a few miles away of the entrance to Sequoia National Park.
