Upon arrival you realize that booking a stay here was the best choice. It is definitely a mountain retreat and besides the tours that we went on during the day, we didn’t want to leave. Nothing can beat relaxing on the hammock on your balcony, being surrounded by nature, waking up with the most incredible views, the breakfast was scrumptious and we didn’t want to have dinner anywhere else, it was a gourmet experience.

Beautiful hotel.

Excellent we love everything . Staff is amazing

Me and my husband stayed here in May and we were really surprised by the hotel. It is very cute, well kept, and our room was big with a lovely balcony and hammock. It was perfect for us for 2 nights and visiting coroca valley and the coffee region. It was also 5-10 min walk to the restaraunts. The staff were also lovely and very helpful! Based on the star rating on expedia we definitely thought it was much better and would stay here again! We thoroughly enjoyed the evening by the bonfire too, a lovely touch.

The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself. Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach. The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable. Paper thing walls. If you're going to book this hotel make sure you DON'T get a room on the main floor or under the main floor. YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING. Hotel staff 10/10 Hotel itself 5/10 Not the best, but not the worst either
