Clean rooms, excellent location across from metro, very helpful staff they helped us store our luggage while room was preparing, helped us navigate the metro and also ordered us a taxi to the airport.

Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.
