The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, which was one of the highlights of our stay. There are many animals, plants, and lush green areas that make the property feel truly special. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the bathroom and had to move to a different room. The assistance provided during this process was not adequate, and the replacement room was not comparable to the one I originally paid for. Additionally, I did not receive any refund or compensation for the inconvenience, which was disappointing.

They restrict you by setting the air conditioning to a certain temperature; the beds are terrible, and the pillows are very uncomfortable.

Beautiful place and we took advantage of there swimming pool. We were able to check in a bit early without any problems. I would definitely stay there again.
