Cloverdale Vacation Packages

Super comfortable room close to downtown Napa. We enjoyed the lobby wine tastings and the delivered breakfasts. Ernest(?) at the front desk was super helpful with town info.

Clean and the staff was awesome. It’s far enough for a good walk to downtown; burn off all the good food. They have cookie happy hour, yummy. Breakfast was great and filled regularly. Would recommend and will stay again.

Not really a 5 star hotel. Rooms are tired and some like a 'black hole' due to no light coming through windows due to overgrown bushes and poor window blinds. Poor numbers of places to sit down as a group Valet parking an absolute joke - waited for 15 minutes for someone to get out car and not a one off to have a long wait. Pool cramped. Bar very small and expensive for what it is. Limited dining options. Lack of staff generally available. Reception-check-in poor. Facilities not as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. No lifts if you have mobility issues - I didn't - but may be helpful to others. Better 4 star hotel down the road. Worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to.

Amaizing

The rooms were dusty and the towels were either dirty or stained.

Excellent staff, the room was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. There are only seven rooms.
