This hotel is awesome I will definitely go back everything was closed to the hotel, i love this place

The property is very pretty, the location and the pool are very beautiful! Unfortunately the rooms aren’t kept well nor well maintained, definitely the bathroom was dirty and not maintained, patched, dirty, smelly, and mold. It’s all about details in maintenance and cleaning! Eco Suites has great potential since the property and pools are beautiful! Would I go back, probably not… :-) The staff is very friendly!

I LOVED THIS PLACE. I’m so glad I found this place and chose to stay here. It’s minutes to the beach and it’s so safe to walk around at night. I’m a solo female traveler and there was never a moment I felt unsafe. I booked the room with hot water and honestly, I could’ve been ok without because I used the outdoor bamboo shower to rinse off the sand and the water felt amazing. The property is so cute ! The breakfast was delicious. They have a bar and restaurant and the food is great if you choose to have a night cap there, if not, plenty of great restaurants steps away. I used the pool and it was so cute. There’s a convenient store couple doors down for water and drinks. They close the gate at night so it’s secured. The staff were all so friendly and happy ! I’m going to come back and stay here again. Thank you staff !

The facility is very nice. Suites are beautiful and spacious. Messages sent through Expedia are not read. Staff's attitude is excellent, but would benefit from better procedures and professional management, like when several minor issues at the suite could have been solved much faster or avoided altogether.
