We stayed at the hotel in December (2 adults 2 kids 12y.old). The hotel is a 25-30min walk from the center but the bus No 1 is right outside the hotel and has frequent buses running all day. The hotel will provide free tickets for all your days of stay so this makes going to the center very easy ...

Went for the Christmas Market and I was given a corner room facing the mountains and it was wonderful. It's not far from the train station and Starbucks and still walking distance from the shopping district. The bed was very comfortable as well
