Room keys wouldn't work because of constant "updating" but the outside rear door remained unlocked. Homeless folks were sleeping in the lobby and a deranged guy was talking to himself and screaming at imaginary folks for at least 8 hours. No ice, towels, coffee and water leaks were causing the ceilings ...
