Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I am going to call as my stay at this hotel was very poor. I have stayed at this hotel previously, but am covered to the lack of cleanliness and mechanical issues at the property.
Upon arriving Friday, we were given keys to our first room. The remote was not covered yet a sani wipe was provided. Upon laying in the bed, it seedas of someone had dedicated on the mattress, pillows or even BEHIND/UNDER the bed. When I called the main desk, we were offered a change of get hormone to another room. We packed up at waited for the new room’s key. It was approximately 11:30 pm.
The next room was handicapped equipped. We were not asked if that was an acceptable option. We arrived and everything was low (expected), but our gowns for the next days events could not hang without draping the floor. In the middle of the night (I have video) we were awakened by the ac making a loud grinding noise. It lasted most of the night.
I am exhausted and disappointed. This hotel should not be an option on Expedia as I have learned to trust the site. I am respectfully requesting a refund on all or part of my charges.
