Nice hotel, some noise from other rooms but as expected when staying in a hotel:) Jetted tubs in room were so nice, allowed for cheap romantic getaway— a great addition for the price. Will probably come back just for the two person tubs!

Best Western Mystic Hotel
Dirty sheets, loud bed frame, dripping faucet, and children are allowed to run around and scream all night into the early morning. Thin walls. Staff was nice!

Very friendly staff and helpful! Enjoyed our stay close to Foxwoods! Only thing is I heard about a shuttle to Foxwoods from an employee from Foxwoods not sure if that is still happening! But if so would be great if hotel staff would've just mentioned it so we could've known !
