This is a very difficult hotel to review, so I’m going to break it up into a pros and cons approach. Also, I have stayed in this hotel 5 to 6 times before, but it has been at least a couple of years since my last visit. Pros: very convenient parking, shuttle to casino, coffee, bar, clean rooms, presidential room Jacuzzi in bathroom. Cons: slightly indifferent front desk, rooms, and carpeting, needing update, very uncomfortable mattress, low water, pressure in shower, Wyndham type super thin towels, and hand towels. Pay only for generally complementary extensions. Breakfast was a total nightmare long wait needed to get food to go, high price for an at best average breakfast. One positive was the gentleman who has been working the restaurant each of my visits. He works so hard and is so incredibly courteous even with the obstacles he has to put up with. I would probably stay here again if the price made it worth it. If not Foxwood and a couple of close hotels are a better option at a similar price.

Air conditioner worked well but was tricky to figure out how to operate. Illogical placement of bathroom fan/light outside of bathroom. Banged my head on towel shelf due to its proximity to toilet. There should be a second elevator closer to where our room was as it was always a long walk to the only elevator. Liked the wall mounted TV and the wall mounted toiletries. Liked having mini fridge for keeping sodas and leftovers cold. Didn't use shuttle to casino but felt it was a great option to have. Liked how hotel was near casino and Mystic attractions. Felt the amenities were great and the cost of staying was well worth it. Would stay there again.

We had the queen size of Venetian suite it was clean. The Jacuzzi tub was fabulous staff there was kind we were on the second floor, so there was not a ton of noise and no one above us banging. My only opinion is that the restaurant downstairs be open later for the bar at least.

We have stayed here in the past but this time we had a bed that if I moved it made so much noise it would wake my wife. In the morning we went down to the restaurant for breakfast. The sign said seat yourself which we did and after more than twenty minutes no one had come to our table so we left. We might stay here again but no noisy beds and will not attempt to eat here again.

Check in process was pretty fast and smooth. My wife really appreciated the art and detail to the building. After checking in around almost midnight, we came from watching Adam Sandler @ Mohegan Sun(about a 20min drive) As soon as we walked in our room, we did our look around and everything was nice and clean. Next thing was fill up hot tub while we settled in and we'll you guys can imagine how the rest of the night went.... Relaxing
