Totally rundown. Wallpaper fall off the walls and no sheets or pillowcases were clean. I asked for new ones and they were fresh out of the dryer with stains. I had to go to Walmart and buy my own sheets. I also had to wipe the whole place down cause I didn't trust it and picked up SO MUCH DIRT!!
