There did not clean the fridge. There was a left over cola. They did not refill the shampoo. There was a bottle bit it was empty. There was also no extra toilet paper. After we request them, they put it into the room. But nobody knows English, so communication was really bad.

Basic, but still excellent value for money. Host fantastic and excellent evening meal. Overall for a one night stop over it’s really great value for money, absolutely no complaints!

Neither Expedia nor The Hotel Du Bois make it clear in any way that this is an unmanned “Hostel” It is not a hotel in the way most people would understand. The room was ok, breakfast fine, but the lack of transparency on the status unacceptable. And for what you get it is actually expensive. I would not recommend it

Great hotel in the heart of Strasbourg. SO convenient if you’re looking to wander the old town, grab some drinks, or venture out further. The staff, breakfast, and room were great! Plus, the price was extremely reasonable for the area. We would definitely stay here again.
