For the amount paid for rooms ,guest shouldn't have to pay for limited parking and restricted to certain levels at that. not too mention there ae no microwaves in the rooms, almost as if your force to pay for hotel restaurants.

Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on in quite some time. There was also some sort of leak in the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall awful experience and would not recommend.
