We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

So food

The entire staff couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and on top of any request or question I had. The room’s lighting was amazing- hidden”floodlights “ at the bed headboard that offered a sense of calm. During the day, natural light from outside flooded the room. AC worked almost too well! As a disabled person traveling solo, I was very pleased with the attention to accessibility throughout the room and bathroom with roll-in shower. If I had to add any improvement suggestions, I’d recommend an upgrade to the RI shower; it worked perfectly - just a bit worn. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and continuously restocked as supplies got low.
