As a family we love staying at the hotel. It's good location for us, right in the centre for everything. Walking distance to places. Hotel staffs were helpful. Breakfast buffet was variety and we loved there fresh fruits. There were a swimming pool and spa and a fitness. Everything for everyone.

I wish I could have stayed longer at this hotel! It was great!

Great location, and great staff! The school across was a little noisy in the mornings, but provided a little taste of real life in the city. Very close to pick up spots for day tours and great restaurants around.

The place is a rare jewel. It is a quiet, clean and elegant sanctuary inside the heart of Chiang Mai. I can’t express just how much I enjoyed this place. The staff, food and atmosphere are magnificent.

We checked in and was given the room card but the card didn’t work so we have to go back to the front desk. Turns out the wrong room number was written in the envelope when we compared to our deposit letter. The tv remote doesn’t work on the first night but was changed by the staff quickly. On the second day, we have to ask the housekeeping to top up the toiletries and no toilet paper was given until we ask the front desk. On the last night, the network broke down for the tv and we are not able to watch Netflix. After calling the front desk, they apologised that the technical staff had already left for the day. Sadly, It was obvious there is no vacuuming done as we see lump of hair on the toilet floor and bidet wasn’t working properly, only rubber non disposable slippers were provided. Breakfast is ok but again no cleaning as we sat on the same table and saw the same fork on the floor from the previous day. During the evening, we tried to call the front desk several times but there was no pick up. The hotel seems ok on the front but the overall experience was poor
