Staff were great at check in and breakfast, room was spotless and everything felt very new. Room was really well equipped, wish I was staying longer😅

The amenities are great. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room on property. It’s just a few minutes of walk to explore the old town, where we did shopping dining and took the funicular to visit the stunning basilica.

Fantastic hotel, right by the lifts, bars and restaurants. Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and great bar.

The staff was helpful and professional. The rooms were small but well appointed. Love the decor and French wrought iron on the lift and staircase! Breakfast a bit pricey but very good. I would stay there again!

The Front Desk staff were charming, kind and totally accommodating. I arrived an hour before check-in, but they discovered my room was ready and let me check in immediately! The room and bathroom were spotless. I enjoyed a wonderful bath in the extra-deep tub. I have rarely felt as relaxed and content as I do now, after my stay at the Hôtel Phénix!!!

This hotel is amazingly located. The staff were great. You do have to leave your key with them every time you leave the room key with the front desk every time you leave. I booked through hotels.com and the room I got was not as advertised either the hotel. It was very old, peeling paint and old carpet, with a musty smell. The bathroom had been slightly updated but other than that the single room was not good and not a place I would book again.

Each and every member of the staff were excellent. Helpful, caring and kind. We were only there one night, but the room was conveniently located on mail floor allowing easy access to the welcoming patio garden. The room was well equipped and a very good and comfortable size. The continental breakfast available had many options and all delicious!
