They gonna milk your money for every little thing. Charged me 20 usd for plastic hotel band. I was a solo traveller. But originally room was allowed for 2 persons. But they were asking me 50 usd for another friend visit as i didn't mention the name in check in. End up not paying them. No microwave to heat up the food. Shower was ok. At the end end my mistake that i booked last moment whatever available. But if you have other options i suggest try others. Happy holidays! Gracias!

The hotel is new and immaculate. We were treated like royalty. Foods were fantastic. The Gem of Cancun!

Needs to work on it

The resort was clean however only the staff at the front desk were friendly...We weren't satisfied with the staff around the resort so we transferred to Riu Kulkahkan

This is the best solo or couple resort! Everyone is very nice and it’s so much to do

The property was maintained very well staff was friendly and super helpful a few staff members English was very good helped explain a lot definitely returning
