Very nice experience

Great culture - Friendly, approachable and helpful staff. Loved the amenities. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Dinner buffet also excellent, well stocked and excited.

This is a very good hotel, well situated, comfortable generous rooms, relaxed hotel, lovely pool area and grounds, good options at the buffet, but missing a few nice to have eggs options (poached eggs, omelette). The drinks are of decent quality, and the evening and dsy entertainment was top notch. The restaurant experience was notably lacking personal service and lacked hospitality which seems to have changed since our last visit. Everyone else was courteous and professional and helpful with information or requests. The hotel has changed ownership and lost some local flavour and personality but it is a very comfortable stay while visiting the area.

Great pool, friendly staff, and nice gym. The location was perfect, 5-15 min away from anything you would like to do (by car). Breakfast was great, I would not recommend eating lunch or dinner though, over priced and lacks flavor, plenty of better options in the local area.

Great hotel- super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet covered all tastes and although we only dined in one evening that meal was great- along with an excellent wine recommendation. The room & bathroom were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We loved our stay and if we return to the Algarve we will be staying here! Thank you!

Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack

Really impressed with this hotel. It’s very clean, well-decorated, and modern throughout — I’m honestly not sure where some of the other negative comments online were coming from, as our experience was excellent from start to finish. Staff were polite and genuinely helpful the whole stay. Breakfast had a great selection to suit all needs. We didn’t try the evening meal so can’t comment on that, but everything else more than made up for it. We used the spa and the treatments were excellent value for money. The pool area was spotless and there were plenty of sun loungers available, so no issue finding a spot to relax. The gardens were beautiful, and there was lovely outside seating in the evenings too — a really nice touch for relaxing after dinner. Overall a great quality adults-only spa hotel — would happily stay again and have booked for next year.
