Staff very friendly, Clean and bright room, Mattress was uneven No AC just a Fan, We did not use the kitchen Shower was clean.

Great room on 4th floor with marvellous view of the Loire. Centre of tow woth lots of bars and great restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Personnels sympathiques. Chambres vieillottes mais très propres. La climatisation fonctionne très mal ,à éviter en cas de canicule.

La navette pour l’aéroport est un service payant qu’on peut prendre à partir de l’aéroport et qui arrive à la gare tout près de l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas un service offert par l’hôtel et ça ne vous mène pas directement à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à un design moderne, le personnel est S-U-P-E-R! Nous avions pris la peine d’écrire à l’Hotel pour leur mentionner quelques détails et ils etaient prêt à notre arrivé! Il y a un ascenseur de bonne dimension. On peut y entrer 2 avec des valises!

La localisation de l'hôtel est très pratique pour prendre un avion tôt le matin. Nous avions une chambre familiale, bien conçue. L'insonorisation était excellente (autant vis-à-vis des voisins que des activités de l'aéroport). L'ensemble était propre. Cependant, le matériel est vieillissant: la cafetière fuyait, une lampe était pendante, la porte de douche fermait mal et les canalisations n'évacuaient plus très bien. Cependant, j'y retournerais sans problème.
