It was very loud. It might just be the room placement. Near elevator, the doors slammed and made a lot of noise. Woke up throughout the night. I stayed on the 4th fl.

The area and hotel is very nice and quiet. Only thing is the pool and hot tub can use some cleaning and renovation.

Like a previous review, I read, it was very damp smelling in the room. It is what you pay for. I would not expect much other than a roof over your head. The staff was pleasant. It had obviously gone through many renovations over the years. The property was a little confusing when you went out one door and tried to walk around the front. No sidewalks. Ended up walking in the grass.

The stay was great. I noticed upon check in some implicit bias upon check in from the lady at the front desk staff that even. However the young man who checked me in was very pleasant. The front desk staff that morning however was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not sure if he was a manager or not but his customer service was impeccable! Kudos to him for his great hospitality!

I have sent my parents here everytime they come to visit. The staff are amazing and friendly along with being very knowledgeable about the area. It is one of the cleanest hotels my parents have stayed in.
