The staff was excellent in helping with anything that we needed. We spoke very little French, but they understood and gave us information that would help us enjoy our stay as a tourist and keep us safe. Marvelous service!!

The location is fabulous! The staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. Our room was quite beautiful and recommend upgrading from a smaller room to a large room if possible. There was construction going on and I’m sure the hotel will be amazing once it is complete. It didn’t interrupt our stay too much and overall, we cannot wait to come back!!

Air conditioning wasn’t as cold as U.S. standards. The room was very nice. There was construction on our floor in two rooms so loud noises and very dusty in the hallway all day. The staff were very nice and friendly. The tub was very high to step into and was dangerously slippery especially when trying to step out.

Great room and the hotel staff and bar was always available. The GM Helen was on point and made numerous recommendations for our visit. She was outstanding and I loved dealing with her from the very beginning!!!
