First, the staff is outstanding. The service they provide was excellent. Next, the hotel is very nice. The room we stayed was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again on our next visit tonPamplona.

The hotel staff and amenities where very good, reason for 3 stars and not higher was due to the room being poorly lit and also feeling cramped for space.

Great location right on all the bus lines. Gym was lack luster for the size there should have more weights etc. Rooms were small but adequate. Only downfall is no AC in the rooms. Hot as all heck.

The hotel was remarkable for its splendid high-ceiling room, and wooden floor well maintained with aromatic oils. Dinner service is quite professional. The town of Bera is known for being the place where Pío Baroja and his famous relativos lived and died. We wished to hear the sounds of the notable organ located at the cathedral, but it was not possible fue to unavailability of Church officials. Other than the organ and the Pío Baroja house that was unavailable as well, there seems to be not much of interest to visit in Bera.

Beautiful grounds and staff was lovely.

Clean and functional but small room. Fridge didn’t work but when we informed reception it was swapped for a new one with 10 minutes.
