Older hotel that doesn't have AC. Needed two portable fans to be able to sleep as the room was hot. Too get the second fan, the front desk needed approval from the manager.

Good location, a bit of noise from the trains

The bed was comfortable. The room was dark and quiet making it easy to sleep. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was an excellent overnight stay.

Hotel is under construction and very noisy. Staff are extremely unhelpful.

Historic older building in DT Kamloops. Lots of restaurant option in walking distance. Rooms were actually exactly what we expected and we enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a top floor suite that faced the main street. Lots of street noise all the way till about 3am. Area gets a little rowdy after the clubs/pubs shut down. Homeless people roaming around everywhere also, especially in the provided parking. Recommend to remove all belongings from vehicle. Had to remove broken crack pipe debris from behind the car in the morning. It really is too bad about the state of the Kamloops DT core, it is not the Hotels fault.

This was dirty and run down. Filthy stained carpets, stained bed spreads Bathtub didn’t drain. Pool very dirty I would never go back

Great experience. Nothing bad to say. Expensive but service and quality followed it up well. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area
