Hello the property is in maintenance the beaches is not really good is only one bar to served and also there is not beer to by honest is terrible in a hotel all inclusive. For me is scam. Because they don’t tell you is not restaurant

Rooms were very clean, staff amazing helpful. I had a beach view waking every morning to it was beautiful. Shout outs to Jose, Jose a Luis and Alejandro they were very attentive and took care of you even from the beach area.

The beach was amazing!!! As a solo traveler, in the restaurants the service was awful, food over priced. There is a fridge in the room but they don't provide water or sodas so bring a cup of some sort, or it's a quick walk to town so you can stock your own fridge. For the price I paid I expect to be greeted upon arrival, helped with luggage, they just point you the direction of your room, some water in the fridge and some house slippers wouldn't hurt either! I booked through Expedia and still paid a $425 resort fee upon checkout, even though the only amenities were snorkel gear, not even fins. There were no activities which I was okay with. Not many options in the area to walk to for dinner. They did have a happy hour from 5-6 with free wine and that helped with spending money! The beach is the best I've seen and I travel a lot, Solo and with others. Roatan isn't one of the most solo friendly places I've been. Again, the beach/water was worth it!!

The place was amazing, the staff was more than accommodating, super friendly, helpful and kind. Very personalize service and attention. We love it and must certainly will come back.
