I can used room because this hotel no have parking lot for my car in the street have to much car i am call hotel explain problem need cancel the owner he see no problem cancel stay night i am see my credid card charge rooms need money back no my problem this property no have parking lot

Hotel is a decent hotel for the price it’s centrally located. The staff are all very nice and helpful. There is a well equipped gym m on site. The hotel itself self is decent but it is a bit out dated. Also, there are no amenities. I would have rated it 5 star if they provided a coffee machine and a mini fridge. With all that said I would still come back and I would recommend.

If you want to be centrally located in the smack dab middle of the city this is a great place to stay. On site parking at times can be a challenge but it is available at the back of the Hotel. The Staff is very helpful as long as you don't family member who are not staying at the hotel. Some weird rules about no more than 1 person visiting at a time. Entire facility of kept super clean, Great location to access all the points you could ever want to see while Colima. If you are looking for a modern Setting then this Hotel is not the place.

No phone service to call front desk! Internet connection was down! Lots of mosquitoes in the trim have to ask to spray the room . Walls need to be painted!
