Friendly staff but not always available. 2 different rooms- both with wet carpeting, musty.

Slow draining sink and wife noticed a smell that resembled animal urine. Normally I would expect that at a lower priced place but shouldn't have at a place that charges so much.

The rooms were dated and musty. The front desk staff was often behind the doors of the office and not at the front desk. I often called even though I was at the front desk to get help.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Every staff member that I encountered was courteous and kind. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be going back.

Good afternoon place to stay in downtown MKE. Parking was a little way away, but not big issue.

Instructions to find the Serenity apartments at Wauwatosa Wisconsin weren't great but once we found the actual apartment, it exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, as it was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a fuss free stay. Shops and restaurants witin walking distance. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning for a longer extended stay!

The cost of the water park when not booking through their website was over $150 and it was for only two of us! That waterpark is definitely not worth $75/person. No amenities included. Breakfast was $26 for my son and me; nothing special. I wanted to give my son a fun place to relax after his soccer tournament, but the price was ridiculous. There is also no way to close the bathroom door completely (sliding barn door where it doesn’t close all the way) and the seal to the hallway is non-existent. There was a guy knocking on doors at 1:00am looking for his room. The only real highlight was our dinner at Didi’s. Good food and good staff. Staff members were great other than the guy checking us in. The hotel needs a remodel. The carpets in the hallways and the guest rooms are beyond gross.
