Very happy

Staff were fantastic and friendly. Diner not open early enough for our breakfast sadly but dinner was delicious! Room was lovely and comfortable! Sadly our bathroom light stopped working as did the water machine so couldn’t get a coffee before we left. I’m sure they would have fixed it promptly but we were leaving so didn’t get the benefit

Fabulous hotel and dinner. Would definitely recommend but to book when they have vacancies as the rooms go straight away. Was close by to Southmead hospital for visiting our relative and also nearby to the shopping centre. A real gem.

Outstanding is an understatement

I was dubious when I saw the price, but it was outstanding from start to finish. The interior of the hotel was phenomenal, and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a long time. I can't recommend highly enough

A warm welcome from the start to finish. From carrying my bag upstairs (no lift) to the service in reception, the bar and diner, everyone was brilliant and made us feel welcome. The free tea and coffee and hot and cold water taps on each landing, were a welcome suprise (especially as visited during a heatwave - on which note the AC was more than a match for it). Everywhere was clean, including the stair wells and the decor and fittings were all well cared for. A lovely spot and a great team, would definitely stay again and recommend.

A little bit different, but in a good way. Plenty of parking, tucked nicely out of the way. The bays are of a good size too. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, available 24 hours. The room was clean and had everything we needed (even a Dyson hairdryer and straighteners), beautiful contemporary decor. The diner next door is a great option for meals, also super friendly.

Probably the best place we've stayed in. The room was spacious, clean and modern. We loved the little touches. There was complimentary tea & coffee on arrival , their own brand products in the bathrooms , hair dryer and straighteners plumbed in and the TV even has a personal welcome message. The food was great, served quickly and reasonably priced. If we stay in the area again, this will definitely be our first choice.
