Brigerbad Vacation Packages

Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay.

Great little apartment with everything we needed. 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk to the lake. It had a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Free tea and coffee was also provided.

Great property and location! Very spacious, excellent views of the Matterhorn, great swimming pool. Our family of 4 had a blast!

住宿非常舒適，環境優美，露台看著瑞士日內瓦湖，心身靈靜舒態。工作人員非常友善。入住手續，系統處理非常方便簡單方便。廚房用品齊備。

The hotel was very responsive to our requests, even tho there was no front desk. We had a couple of issues when we arrived and they fixed them next day. Our only complaint was that they didn't provide enough toilet paper for the length of our stay and we had to find the cleaning people and ask for more. The property was fully equipped with everything you could want for some light cooking or breakfast. We didn't use any of that because we were visiting friends and had all our meals with them.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, elegant, and offers everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. What truly makes it exceptional, however, is the staff. Every member of the team showed genuine dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding across every part of the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight—beautifully presented, with an excellent variety of high-quality options that should satisfy almost every guest. My only comments concern the room. The view from the premium lake-view room felt more limited than I expected, especially considering the significant price difference. In addition, the air conditioning was not operating during my stay. I understand that the local climate is generally cool, but I still found the room uncomfortably warm until around midnight, and unfortunately the air conditioning did not help at all. Overall, this is an excellent hotel with remarkable service, and I would gladly return. With improvements to the room climate control and clearer expectations regarding the views, the experience would be close to perfect.
