Great location but bare bones, depressing room with no amenities

Gorgeous property within steps of the Notre Dame cathedral and the many restaurants of the Latin Quarter. Rooms are small but sumptuous. Excellent staff except breakfast a tad off.

This is an airbnb disquised as a hotel. There is no front desk or amenities. There are 4 rooms within a renovated apartment in an old building on the second floor. There are four codes to enter before you can get into your room. The directions were not clear but we managed to figure them out. There is a small one person elevator with one suitcase. The hallways are dark because the lights on each floor are motion activated. We often arrived to a completely dark hallway which was only activated when we reached the 2nd floor using our phone lights. The room was small (as expected for Paris). The room safe did not work properly and it took 12 hours for someone to come and open it for us. The worse thing about our stay was that the key code for our room was deactivated somewhere between 8 am and 10 am on the day we were to leave; it should have been active until at least 11 am. Luckily a nice cleaning lady accepted to let us in and leave to catch our train. Positives: good wfi and well located

The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We were there during the heat wave and our room was blessedly cool. There was plenty of water available. The staff was so nice. It was so easy to get to on the Metro. If I come back to Paris I will stay here.

Phenomenal location. Very clean. Adorable boutique Parisian vibe. Helpful staff. Rooms and bathroom are small (probably the norm for Paris hotels) so if that’s important then not best fit, otherwise perfect experience!

Room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. Water bottles replaced every day which was much appreciated during the heat wave.

A 5* experience. Upgraded room, early check in. Our apartment (not just a hotel room) had a kitchen, separate bedroom and was spacious. Big bathroom with good shower pressure. Fresh water & coffee every day. Clean, quiet & artful design. We had half windows (Emerald room on the 3rd floor) not floor to ceiling as in some of the pictures but the extra space & separate bedroom made up for that. It is convenient to shops & walking distance to the Gare de Lyon train station. We walked to Notre Dame in 25 minutes. Best to take a Taxi/Uber to the Eiffel Tower. Or, better yet, jump on the On/Off bus. We will stay here again when in Paris. So much better and bigger than a hotel room!
