Clean hotel with very new modern rooms, a lovely breakfast buffet with everything you could need and the hotel is right by the bus stop. Definitely get a hire car if planning to stay here as there are so many nice beaches to visit around 20 mins away, buses aren’t very reliable so a car is a definite need. We felt quite restricted without one and spent around €40 one way every taxi compared to €50 for a hire car. Woman at the front desk was very welcoming and we had no issues checking in until we got to our room, I had booked a sea view but opened the curtains to find a view of an alley and some bins. This was disappointing and when we told the woman at the desk she informed us our sea view room had an issue with the lights and wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow, she hadn’t told us this initially which was quite annoying. After a bit of back and forth we did get moved to a sea room like I’d paid for, I will say if you book a sea view it is obstructed by the restaurant roof unless you are on the very top floor. The room was lovely and clean although there was a bit of a stale smell and the hallways smelt of cigarette smoke on our first night. The bathroom let the room down as it had not been updated to the same standard as the bedroom, bubbles would come up the drain after every shower and there was a large gap between the door and wall so not much privacy when you’re in the bathroom. This hotel definitely had pros and cons but for a cheap stay it was perfect for us.

The all inclusive concept here is really good- we stayed for 10 nights with 5 à la carte restaurants bookings. The buffet restaurant had amazing food and we enjoyed all our meals there too. There are multiple pool areas and the aqua park is a lot of fun, as it’s just hotel guests it’s not crowded and the slides are fast enough for the teens! The WhatsApp concierge service is very prompt and reliable and any issues where quickly responded to. The beach area is really beautiful and we loved the main palm pool area. The service is excellent and I enjoyed the wine tasting that the sommelier Georgia puts on - really helpful for restaurant choices! My only criticism is as a vegetarian many main meal options contained mushrooms which I can’t eat, and in truth aren’t the first choice option for a lot of vegetarians - more variety here would be good, and twice my altered dish arrived incorrectly though this was quickly corrected. One in my party has a severe food allergy and their care with this was exemplary. Beach area is beautiful and the sea and pool were around 30c which was perfect! Fabulous resort would return in a heartbeat!

Staying here felt less like a hotel and more like visiting a dear friend's beautiful home. The owner is hands-on and dedicated to making sure every guest is comfortable and happy. The rest of the staff is equally amazing—always ready with a smile, great local recommendations, and fast service. If you want a cozy, personal, and welcoming place to stay, look no further.

A simple but pleasant resort- no extra luxuries. Food is the same everyday in only one dinning area so we went out for dinner most nights. Prob more of a 3 star but good for a base if going out of the hotel more.

Very beautiful resort and lovely personal and delicious food. You don’t need to go outside of resort, any entertainment or fun you and family need ,you can find there. Our villa has got share swimming pool that was fantastic. Kids love this resort.

This is the 2nd time we have chosen to spend our extended-family group holiday here, the previous time being 3 years ago. We are a group of 17 with ages spanning 10 - 80+. 10-day holiday for us. The hotel is a great mix of hotel rooms in the main building and bungalow apartments that stretch from the hotel down to the sea. A great variety in the buffet keeps all fussy eaters satisfied. The À la Cartes are also really good and the App makes it super easy to book tables / communicate with hotel staff. The option for beach or pool also works well for mixed ages / interests. Starting with yoga at the beach at 0900, there is something for everyone. Many of our group also enjoyed pool sports at 1630, either in the pool or with a cocktail (for the adults) and French fries for the kids. You can be as active or relaxed as you like. Gym can get a little busy first thing as it’s quite small but has several running machines, a rowing machine and a couple of step machines. Great selection of free weights and more heavy-duty options! Shuttle bus service leaves for Corfu Town at 1000, returning 1400. It was too hot in town for us (and we’d bought all the tourist gear we wanted) so we grabbed an Uber back to the hotel. Would highly recommend for a family-friendly experience.
