This place was clean. I would recomend for longer stays. Is set up with a larger refridgerator and living space. Its a little basic but large comfortable bed, good wifi, recommend for longer stays or even for small family. I used the laundry service and it came back same afternoon and was not charged per item. Very cheap and quick service. The breakfast was on the rooftop. The staff were very nice and the food was good. I would say average for the area as breakfasts go.

The room and view were very nice, and the room service and food were very good. Best to have a car to come here or wait for an Uber (very scarce) or take a tuktuk to Guatape. The real problem is the music which starts about 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Non-stop reggaeton and reggae at levels that reach into the room with guests partying below you. If you are into a party hotel, then you may not mind the non-stop music. If you are looking for a relaxing boutique hotel to think, relax and read, this is not your place.

Lovely location

From the first day, our experience was disappointing. We asked to join a guided hike but were told there wasn't one because the receptionist was also serving as the guide that day. Later, around 4:00 p.m., we went to the central area and discovered that a hike was actually scheduled to leave at 4:30 p.m. However, it didn't depart until 5:30 p.m., which meant we had to rush up steep, challenging terrain to make it back before dark. It felt unsafe and poorly organized. On both nights, mosquitoes were buzzing around our room, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not provide any mosquito spray, repellent, or even an environmentally friendly solution to address the problem. The restaurant service was good, and we enjoyed the food. However, there is very little to do at the hotel itself. To participate in most activities, you have to drive several kilometers along a very rough road just to reach the highway. Overall, while the food and restaurant staff were a positive aspect of our stay, the poor organization, lack of basic amenities, and limited on-site activities made for a disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel.
