This place is fantastic. There are 2 things that made it less than perfect. First, 4pm check-in and a 10am checkout means 2 less hours avaliable. 10am is freaking early. I like sleeping in. Why pay more when other hyatts and hotels are 11-12 checkouts? Second. When you call "the front desk" it's an AI service claiming to be a person at the front desk. No thank you. Personal service. You can't be that busy.

Floors were very dirty. Had to call for maintenance for the bath tub, requested a different coffee pot as the one we had leaked through the machine itself, but it never came. I would not stay again. The one good thing was its location.

Clean, spacious room. No complaints.

Very easy parking not long walk to the rooms easy access great location. It was a great deal. Thank you.

The check-in was a pain because there is no office on site. I had to contact someone by phone and get instructions on how to enter my room. Other than that, the room was great.
