The room was clean but the hotel was so noisy. It was a Saturday night in Manchester but the sound of the traffic and endless shouting on Portland Street not only Sat night but f Then it started again on the streets from around 730am Sunday. The windows are huge and not soundproof and the curtains do not block out the light well. While a really lovely room with both bath and separate shower in the bathroom in a central location I would not stay again as for the price I can get much better quality in the city centre.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate. Easy check in and all amenities were clean and modern. Looking to come back again really soon. Great service from the host Sean and security at the front door were all very helpful and kind. Thank you

Lift not working, need to climb three stairs with luggage, building under renovation, noisy started early in the morning, scaffolding workers walking outside bathroom, living room eve though our room on the third floor, privacy and safety issue, Very messy and dirty with renovation and demolition material lying around in the complex.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Food decidedly poor. Iron spit brown water all over my white shirt. There’s a hanging sign on it to tell you to use a towel before using the steam but it fell off as I took it out of the cupboard. It didn’t really help az it just continued to spit out brown water after many applications. The iron had water left in it which wouldn’t have helped the situation. I called down to reception and housekeeping several times but nobody answered. Sealant could do with replacing in the bathroom. Beds comfortable. Good location. Was a short walk from terminal 2 and train station which is why we booked. Convenient shuttle bus. Would I book again? Probably not.
