I got bite by bed bug on a foot. I was expecting that at this level of hôtel.

Mountain View Small room Overpriced

We received a warm welcome ahead of our check-in time. Inside and outside were beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the spacious room as well as the hot tub and both saunas. Our room was turned over nicely each morning and any requests we had were answered positively. It was a short walking distance to the downtown strip which we enjoyed each day we were in Banff.

I recently stayed at Coast Canmore with my husband for a vacation getaway. Before reserving this hotel I did read up on previous reviews. Most were positive , so I booked it and the price was right. After a four night stay I will say we were disappointed. The first day we arrived a little earlier at the hotel after a long flight, and asked if the room was ready, they said they are cleaning it and should be in a few hours. After leaving and coming back at 3:30 the room was still not cleaned. We eventually made it into our room. The next morning , we like our coffee in the room, before leaving for the day. The coffee maker was not working , so they brought us another one, that one was worse than the first. Eventually they brought us a third one and it worked for the last two mornings we were there. After a long day of hiking and walking and touring. We were exhausted and all we wanted was a clean room and clean towels. Apparently they missed our room. Again very upset. The front desk gave us what we needed to get through the night and the next day they came to clean and did a very good job. It's a 10 minute walk to main street in Canmore , which was really nice. There is a shopping plaza across the street , with breakfast, lunch and a simple dinner option. When you're spending a lot of money per night, you expect things to go a little smoother.

The hotel and stay was fantastic. Breakfast great and everything is clean and well kept. I do wish I had known the parking would be $37 night extra and that the rehabilitation centre a couple blocks over would lead to literally hundreds of drug addicts floating around the property perimeter. I feel sorry that everyone is affected by this, but as a visitor to your beautiful city, we should have a right to know we a bringing our kids to this kind of situation. We did not feel safe to walk in this area at all because of this.

It was a little pricier than we usually go for but very worth it. We will definitely be back! The location was great and the room was beautiful, with a lovely bathroom and full kitchen.

Love staying here every year during Stampede. The only weak spot is the breakfast - buffet as well as ordering off the menu. The restaurant, front desk, bar, and housekeeping staff are amazing

Staff was very helpful and professional. They have multiple activities available that are included with the stay. There is also a free shuttle to the village and gondola in Lake Louise. Had a view of the lake from my room which I highly recommend. The restaurants are excellent and recommend getting a reservation ahead of time for lunch and dinner. There are multiple trails to hike in the area and saw a black bear on the side of the road from the shuttle. Had a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
