Housekeeping kept room cleaned changed sheets/towels everyday. Property was well maintained and staff was polite and helpful.

overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

The room was so much nicer than I expected! Wish we were staying longer. All rooms on one side of the hotel look out onto the hot tub which is a bit weird when you are in it and people are looking down on you. The bed was fantastic. The room was large and had a fireplace. Easy walk to Beamer's coffee shop and other shops. It was a great stay.

It's not very clean and the place and the amenities are old.

Overall great stay. For some reason a lot of us just didn't sleep particularly well. Perhaps due to the train, but it's something i was aware of prior. It's a bit noisy but their are earplugs provided. The outlets stopped working in two of the rooms on our 2nd day strangely. We were just so busy we didn't really bother with reporting. We had 4am to 11pm days due to all the hiking planned in the rockies. It'd be great if the larger suite had 3 parking spots. We booked the room for 12, and had 3 cars.

The view from the hot tub was awesome. The room was a little bit dated but it was nice to have a stove and refrigerator. Overall it was a decent place to stay with some extras such as on site BBQ grills and an in room fireplace.

Room is clean and staff are friendly. You need to pay extra $10/night for parking. Hotel location also very convenient
