Hampton Inn St. Louis-Downtown (At the Gateway Arch)
Toilet paper had something wiped on it like poo or blood. Toilet ran non stop. Unexpected parking fee to use their parking lot. Elevator was down and had to wait extra long. Never again.

This hotel was very disappointing. They left us 1 towel for a family of 5. They also didn't have any towels in the pool area. The front desk was contacted and nothing was done for hours. Our room was also not ready for us until 1.5 hours past our check in time.

The beds were uncomfortable, old and had dips in them. The room was clean. It was hard to regulate the temp in the room, too cold or too hot. The blower was directed right at the beds so it was very drying.
