Bonjour. J'ai pris une suite. Avec terrasse pendant 2 jours. Le cendrier. N'avait pas été vidé. La baignoire n'était pas très propre. La literie du lit, pas du tout confortable. L' Organisation du parking. Qualité prix pas correct..

We had an overnight stay here on our way back to Calais. Electric car charging point available, although only 1 so we were lucky to get it! Slow charging so ideal as we left it overnight to be fully charged. Beautiful setting right on the Seine. We had a standard room which was perfectly good for 1 night: air con, big walk in shower, tea and coffee facilities (though take English tea bags if you like English tea!). We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and the staff were lovely. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Very good value and we would def stay here again if on our way to Calais.

Very clean and close to everything. There is no coffee in the bedrooms which was a bit inconvenient, but they have a very nice breakfast area. Shower was a bit awkward.

ALL hotel staff were incredibly helpful. The location is 5 mins away from the tram and 1 min from a grocery store. So easy to get into the main part of the city by tram that is every 10-15 mins. Trams are free on Saturday and the line goes to Gare Rue Verte which is the stop for Rouen Rive Droit the train line from Paris. The A/C in the room was great. The breakfast which was included was more than sufficient with lots of choices (eggs, cereal, meat, cheese, yoghurt, fruit etc.) The hotel restaurant is okay for a quick pizza if you don't want to go to the restaurants. They will also heat up a frozen meal for you if you buy it at the grocery store. The biggest issue was the Wifi. It is a public wifi (which is fine) There is some kind of security issue with an expired security certificate, so you cannot use a VPN. Which is a huge issue if you want to do remote work. I was able to go down to the Starbucks at Saint Sever mall ground floor) and use their wifi for the price of coffee. The hotel staff tried their best with giving me suggestions of coworking places (but they were all quite expensive)

This rates as one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Located in the very center of the old city. Walking distance to everything. Secure onsite parking, spacious modern room and a very large enclosed shower. The double bed was wonderful- not two twins pushed together like so often the case. I would highly recommend!
