Nice convenient place, the staff was somewhat helpful. They could maintain the pool area more clean and provide towels for the pool.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The resort was beautiful. The room was nice and clean. The only complaint is that if you don’t get the all inclusive, you can’t use the minibar fridge that’s in your room. It’s locked & if you want to use it they will charge you, even if you don’t consume the beverages that are already in there. That was inconvenient.

Corazon resort was hands down the best place we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the exceptional staff who froze the marlin we caught on our deep sea fishing excursion and prepared not 1 but 2 delicious gourmet meals for our group to the accommodating staff all around pool/shuttle/house keeping/chefs/management/wait staff. They get to know you by name. It is with our utmost enthusiasm that we recommend this beautiful property and superb staff. You won’t be dissatisfied.

La comida es buena, la playa es muy bonita. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones les falta una manita de gato. Pero relación costo beneficio quedamos satisfechos.

If I could do 0 stars I would, horrible service, no towels, no toiletries. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY, we wanted to do check in at our scheduled time we got the property 2 hours late and didnt get refunded, master bedroom air conditioner didn’t work. Is just not a good business at all.

We have been loyal guests at Barceló Manzanillo for years, but sadly this was our last visit. It’s disappointing to see how much the service and maintenance have declined, especially for a resort that is not inexpensive. The biggest disappointment was the new rule prohibiting food at the beach and pool. Guests must eat in a tiny designated area with only a few tables. If they’re full, you’re expected to eat in nearby chairs, which completely takes away from the resort experience. The property also needs better maintenance. The buffet’s air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor and even onto guests near the children’s food area and the coffee station. The Wi-Fi constantly disconnected throughout our stay. As VIP guests, we were promised a complimentary bottle that was never delivered. The worst part was checkout. We politely asked for one extra hour, and the front desk staff was rude. When we said this would be our last stay after years of loyalty, they simply replied, “Too bad.” Some employees were kind and helpful, but the service is too inconsistent. It’s heartbreaking to see a resort we once loved decline so much. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend Barceló Manzanillo.
