The staff spoke English, and the room was clean. It was a very good hotel.

The resort it self was clean enough and the staff was helpful once you asked for help! They are definitely not pro active. The resort it self is OLD to say the least. It is run down to the point of dangerous especially in the pool area. The handles in the pools are barely hanging on and the tile is broken on a lot of parts of the pools. The lounge chairs are gross, dirty, and old. If you leave the resort which you will have to because there is not much to do just know you will come back to a very dangerously dark resort. Take a flashlight because you will not be able to see where you are going and it can be dangerous on the stairs. The resort needs up keep.I would definitely recommend not going unless you absolutely want to visit that part of Mexico.

La comida es buena, la playa es muy bonita. Personal muy amable. Las habitaciones les falta una manita de gato. Pero relación costo beneficio quedamos satisfechos.

If I could do 0 stars I would, horrible service, no towels, no toiletries. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY, we wanted to do check in at our scheduled time we got the property 2 hours late and didnt get refunded, master bedroom air conditioner didn’t work. Is just not a good business at all.

Corazon resort was hands down the best place we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the exceptional staff who froze the marlin we caught on our deep sea fishing excursion and prepared not 1 but 2 delicious gourmet meals for our group to the accommodating staff all around pool/shuttle/house keeping/chefs/management/wait staff. They get to know you by name. It is with our utmost enthusiasm that we recommend this beautiful property and superb staff. You won’t be dissatisfied.
