Barnsley Vacation Packages

First of all there wasn’t clear information about extra charges(£20 a night) of car park when I booked this hotel. Bathroom was very dirty.

Fine for a 1 night Check in and out in the morning fine as long as don’t think in a premier inn after that or want something a bit more stylish then not for you

Though the building was very unclean - especially dirt stained carpet inside the building and unpleasant smell, the actual room and enclosed facilities were clean. I struggled to settle and sleep the first night as my room strongly smelled of cigarette smoke, as though previous guest had been smoking in it (discreetly). My room was located on 1st floor (couldn’t have been from outside smoke). I experienced good customer service. Well located with ease of public transport.

Probably the worst stay I’ve had. From the extremely frustration check in process and difficulty contacting the property. To the absolute state of the place on arrival. Stunk of damp, windows were broken so I couldn’t shut some of them and it was freezing cold. Shower was dosgusting and covered in mould. Dirty floors, thick dust everywhere. Never again

Decent room for short stays check in was a nightmare tho
